4. Ownership & IP

  • You own all assets and deliverables created for your projects
  • You retain ownership of any content you provide to us
  • Calem AI retains ownership of the platform, AI agents, and underlying technology
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services

5. Payments & Billing

Pricing is as displayed on our platform at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you're unsatisfied with our service.

6. Service Availability

Calem AI is provided "as is." We do our best to maintain uptime and reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calem AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
